Job
Description:
Under
general supervision, policy, physician orders, and protocols, performs
a wide
range of duties in the field of emergency and non-emergency medical services
including
patient assessment, safe and efficient transportation and care of
medical patients, preparation
of appropriate reports and records, and care of
equipment and vehicles.
Salary:
Salary range is $42,848 - $58,397. A generous benefit package is included.
Assignments will be based on a 48/96 hour schedule.
Qualifications:

At
least 18 years of age

High School diploma or GED
●
Valid Arizona Drivers License
●
Proof of completion of CEP program recognized by ADHS
●
Certificate or card issued by ADHS confirming current EMS status
within the state of Arizona
●
Card issued by AHA confirming current status of CPR training

VOLUNTEERS
for Emergency Services Unit

Bullhead
City Fire Department is
accepting applications for the Emergency Services Unit.
This specialized unit consists of qualified and trained volunteers
who provide support
to the fire department on emergency scenes.
One of the many roles
of the unit will be
setting up a rehabilitation center on fire scenes.
The volunteers may also assist with traffic
and crowd control, hose
protection, evacuation, and public education. The volunteers will
always work under the direction of the incident commander.
A complete packet is available for interested individuals. The packet
outlines minimum
requirements and
responsibilities of the ESU Volunteers. Applicants will be required to
pass a background test and a drug screen. They must also possess a
valid drivers license.
