​Assistant Fire Chief Justin Flummer began his fire career with the Bullhead City Fire Department when he was 22 years old.  He was hired in 2004 as a career firefighter, working his way up through the ranks until he was promoted to his present position in 2021. 
​
He received an Associate degree in Fire Science and attended Arizona State University's Fire Service Administration program.  The community's well-being is a life-long commitment for him. He was born and raised here, graduating from Mohave High School in 2001. His father also worked for Bullhead Fire. Growing up in the Bullhead Fire family, he brings a unique perspective to the organization.
 
He and his wife Meagan have been married for 14 years and have two children Joshua 12, and Emily, 10. He is committed to his family, his fire department family, friends, and community members. His top priority is to do everything possible to assure the health and safety of his fellow firefighters and the residents of Bullhead City.
